Questions
What counts as a form?
A form is one page you fill with Pencil. It counts the first time Pencil reviews it or fills a field in it that month. Going back to it, the next step, an undo or a fill again do not count again. Leaving it halfway counts, and pressing submit plays no part. The practice form never counts.
What happens when I use all 15?
Forms you already started that month still fill. New forms wait until the 1st of next month, or until you go Pro. Your memory, stories and history stay as they are.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, in Settings, in two clicks. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free.
What happens to my things if I stop Pro?
Nothing is deleted. Your own personas keep working and every document still attaches. AI tools wait until you come back.
Which currency do I pay in, and is tax included?
You pay in the currency shown. Tax, where it applies, is added at checkout.
Who handles the payment?
Dodo Payments, as the merchant of record. They take card and UPI payments and send the receipts. Pencil never sees your card details.
